Grounded, or it doesn't ship
Every answer comes from your records and cites its source. If there's no grounded answer, the agent says so and hands off. I build evaluation sets so accuracy is measured rather than assumed.
Five years shipping production software. Four of them building the systems that logistics operations actually run on.

Most of my career has been spent inside logistics software — platforms that handle thousands of shipments a day, the carrier integrations that feed them, and the automation that stops operations teams re-typing the same data every morning. Not consulting about it from the outside. Building it, then keeping it running.
I also built and run an AI phone receptionist that answers real customer calls in a natural voice and only says things it can back up with the company's own documents. That is the same architecture behind the booking and dispatch agents I build for movers and couriers — which is why I am fairly blunt about what these systems can and cannot be trusted to do.
So when we talk about your operation, I won't need three weeks to learn what a survey is, why crew allocation falls apart in peak season, or what happens when a driver marks a delivery as failed. I've had to build around all of it.
I work with a small number of clients at a time — moving companies, courier networks and freight brokers. Every engagement starts with a free audit call and a fixed-fee pilot, because I would rather prove one workflow works than sell you a twelve-month roadmap.

A pilot that only works on a curated sample isn't a pilot. Everything is scoped to reach real customers on real data inside a few weeks.
Code, prompts, evaluation sets and documentation are yours. No lock-in to a black box only I can maintain.
Some workflows aren't AI problems. I'll tell you which of yours aren't before you spend money finding out.
